A new era for health in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan
Local NHS services are changing from October 1 with the official start of a brand new organisation, working with the community to improve the health needs of the people of Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan and beyond. The new Cardiff and Vale University Local Health Board brings together Cardiff and Vale NHS Trust, Cardiff Local Health Board and the Vale of Glamorgan Local Health Board, into one organisation.
